It solves the problem of traditional 4-side wrapping leaving cargo exposed to rain, dust, and moisture during transit and outdoor storage. The system reduces manual labor while achieving complete 5-surface sealed protection for loads up to 2,000 kg.
The top film delivery unit places a protective cover sheet across the top of the load before the turntable begins stretch wrapping. This dual-stage process seals the four vertical sides and the top face, preventing water ingress, dust accumulation, and surface contamination during outdoor storage and transport.
Equipped with a powered pre-stretch film carriage (pre-stretch ratio up to 250% / 1:2.5), reducing film consumption per pallet. The system uses an automatic feeding and mechanical blade cutting device combined with a brush-smooth module to secure film tail ends without manual intervention.
The top sheet dispenser employs an electric lift linear guide module driven by a chain mechanism, maintaining precise top film dispensing from 0 to 1800 mm output length. The system handles pallet dimensions up to 1250×1250×1800 mm at a stable speed of up to 30 pallets per hour.
