It seals pallet loads up to 1250×1250×1800mm on five complete surfaces, protecting goods against rain, dust, and outdoor moisture during shipping and storage. Designed for medium-to-high volume production plants, it handles up to 30 pallets per hour without requiring manual film cutting or top cover placement.
The electric conveying top film dispenser automatically lays down protective sheet before the turntable stretch wrapper begins. The combined process seals the top and four vertical sides in one continuous cycle, preventing water, dust, and UV exposure from penetrating the load gaps.
Equipped with a motorized pre-stretch film carriage, the film elongates up to 50% before application. This mechanism increases puncture resistance and holding tension while reducing LLDPE stretch film consumption per pallet.
Features mechanical blade cutting and an automatic film wiper brush. Once wrapping is complete, the machine cuts the stretch film and sweeps the end flat against the pallet, eliminating loose film tails without operator intervention.
The top film delivery system operates on electric linear guide modules and chain drives, allowing precise height adjustment from 0 to 1800mm to accommodate varying pallet heights.
