• Formal Agreements: A binding purchase contract is established only upon the signing of an official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract, accompanied by the agreed initial deposit.

• 100% Video Proof: We conduct full-load performance testing on every machine before packing. An HD testing video is provided to the buyer for formal approval prior to container loading. 

• Warranty Terms: Our standard 2-year warranty and after-sales terms are governed by the specific Warranty Policy detailed in the sales contract and official warranty document.
