1. Hand-Wheel Size Adjustment for Fast Changeovers
Accommodates carton lengths from 250 to 450 mm and widths/heights from 150 to 400 mm. Size transitions are performed manually via mechanical scale indicators within 3–5 minutes without specialized tooling.
2. Mechanical Right-Angle Correction Mechanism
Integrated side-guide squaring levers press against the carton edges during folding. This eliminates structural bias from warped corrugated boards, ensuring precise 90-degree corners for consistent downstream robotic loading.
3. Pneumatic Vacuum Suction & Bottom Taping Integration
Suction cups pull flat carton blanks from the magazine, while synchronized bottom-folding arms hold the flaps under tension during tape application. Prevents tape misalignment and unsealed gap defects.
4. Low Power Consumption Drive System
Driven by a 0.3kW main motor paired with standard pneumatic actuators. Reduces daily electrical load while keeping operational heat low for continuous shift operation.
