How much stretch film cost can the machine save?
The T1650F model features a 250% pre-stretch film carriage, turning 1 meter of film into 3.5 meters. Compared to manual wrapping or non-pre-stretch machines, it reduces film material costs by 30%–50%.
Can I load pallets using a manual pallet jack instead of a forklift?
Yes. Designed for the 78mm low turntable, you can add an optional access ramp or select the M-type cutout model, allowing hand pallet jacks to load and unload easily without digging a floor pit.
Does the machine require complex installation upon arrival?
No. The equipment comes mostly pre-assembled and factory-tested. Upon arrival, simply bolt up the upright mast, connect the power, and it is ready to plug and play.
What are the requirements for stretch film specifications?
The machine accepts standard LLDPE machine-grade stretch film rolls with a max outer diameter of 250mm, paper core inner diameter of 76mm (3 inches), and standard 500mm width.
Will light, tall, or unstable loads topple during wrapping?
No. For lightweight, tall, or unstable loads, we recommend the optional Top Plate attachment. It holds down the top of the load during rotation, preventing cargo from tipping over.
