1. Three-In-One Automated End-of-Line Flow
Integrates a suction-cup case erector, a dual-motor driven carton sealer, and a sensor-triggered strapping machine. Cartons pass automatically from raw blank expansion through to fully strapped final cases without manual intervention.
2. Vacuum Suction & Mechanical Flap Folding Integrity
High-flow pneumatic suction cups extract flattened cardboard blanks from the magazine, while synchronized pneumatic cylinders fold bottom and top flaps square prior to sealing. Prevents jammed boxes and off-center tape placement.
3. Photoelectric Sensor-Triggered Automatic Strapping
The inline strapping module utilizes photoelectric sensors and foot-pedal options to detect incoming boxes and deploy single or double PP straps. Ensures structural container reinforcement for heavy cargo transit.
4. Centralized Electrical & Pneumatic Control Panel
Equipped with standard industrial PLC control components, clear push-button operators, and an accessible emergency stop switch. Allows quick line resets and simplifies daily operator training.
