Equipped with a retractable strap lance that pierces through pallet voids, allowing automatic feeding and indexing of heavy PP/PET straps under the wooden pallet base.
Features a 240mm running stroke on the strapping head to automatically adapt to variations in pallet positioning and load contours during continuous line production.
Driven by a PLC controller, it executes automatic strap tensioning (0–70 kg), precise cutting, and electric heat sealing to create high-joint-strength welds on 12–19mm wide straps.
Operates on 3-Phase 380V 50Hz industrial power with a total machine net weight of 800 kg, providing structural stability across multi-shift factory packing lines.
